The Vail real estate market closed its 2015.16 ski season on the upside.   It is noted that the strong Denver & Boulder housing markets are having a solid reflection on the front range buyers who are taking a good look at the major ski areas for second homes and investments. Prices are rising in neighborhoods – predominantly those closer to the slopes, and we are seeing positive activity in the middle market.
